We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
⚙️ Handling Time: Orders ship within 3 business days from Little Elm, Texas.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
🕒 Return Window: Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
📦 Condition: Item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and serial numbers.
💵 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as Money Back to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping Responsibility

⚠️ For buyer’s remorse returns, a restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply to cover handling and inspection costs.
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team at support@ugnshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item using a trackable service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Returns without prior authorization (no RMA) may be delayed or rejected.
International Returns
A. eBay International Shipping (EIS)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days, handled directly through eBay’s international program.
- eBay manages return labels, customs clearance, and refund processing.
- UGNSHOP does not control return logistics under EIS.
B. Other International Orders (non-eBay)
- Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described or defective on arrival.
- Buyer must cover all international shipping and customs costs if the return reason is not seller error.
Refund Process
After the returned item is inspected:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or platform-specific wallet).
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
- If the item shows signs of misuse, physical damage, or missing parts, the refund may be denied or partially reduced.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Software licenses, digital products, and activation keys
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Opened accessories (e.g., cables, chargers) that were included as promotional items
