If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it directly from My Account → Orders by selecting “Cancel Order.”
Once your order status changes to “Processing” or “Completed,” cancellation is no longer available — but you can still submit a Return Request after the item is delivered.
To request a return, go to My Account → Orders → View → Request Return, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.
Wholesale registration may take additional time as all applications are reviewed manually to verify business information. Please make sure that the details you provided—such as business name, tax ID, and resale certificate—are accurate and complete. If your application has been pending for more than 1–2 business days, contact our support team to expedite the verification process.
You can purchase items directly as a retail customer. For wholesale pricing and bulk order access, you’ll need to create an account and request Wholesale Access from the top menu. Once approved, wholesale discounts and volume pricing will automatically apply to your account.
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). You can also click “Track Order” in the website header and enter your order number or email address to view the delivery status in real-time.
